Wild and alive: Experience nature after school!
Tuesdays 14:15-17:00, beginning after the easter-break in April for children from preschool to grade 4.
Meeting-point: JFKS schoolyard - at the stairs to the High School.
You don´t need any special outfit or accessories, just take your eyes, ears and noses with you, switch them on and out we go! You might be surprised how much there is to discover in the parks around the school: laughing woodpeckers, speedy squirrels, trees, that are older than your great-grandparents, etc…. Or maybe you’re just in the mood for running, jumping, balancing (we always carry a bunch of ropes with us) or also working with natural materials like whittling or building shelters.
The course is run by biologist Dina Schmidt and Diplompädagogin Cordula Herwig, two nature- and environmental teachers with additional training in psychomotoric in nature.
Call C. Herwig: 83 20 38 96 (work), 83 20 38 86 (home).
